WInFiDEL - Mechanical Assembly
WInFiDEL has the same form-factor and uses the exact same mechanical parts as InFiDEL project, since the idea is to have it as a drop-in replacement.
With that said, you could use exact same mechanical parts (like I did in the video) or customize the design to fit your use-case.
If you have found/made a modification to the design and would like to have it included in the documentation, please let me know and I will add it to the documentation.
Obviously this being the open-hardware open-software project, there will be many different variations and it's up to you to pick which one(s) work best for you or create your own hybrid. :)

Printed Parts
Fasteners
- 2x M3x8 screws (eg ISO 4762 M3x8)
- 1x 3x24mm pin (eg DIN 7 3x24mm, for mating lever to the block)
- 1x 3x16mm pin (eg DIN 7 3x16mm, for roller bearing in lever)
- 1x 3x18mm pin (eg DIN 7 3x18mm, for idler bearing in block)
- 6x M3 threaded inserts
- 1x M6x5 or M6x8 grub screw (eg ISO 4026 M6x5, for pre loading spring)
Other Hardware
- 1x 6x2mm magnet (eg N35)
- 4x 623 bearings (preferably 623-2Z / 623-ZZ)
- 1x Ballpoint pen spring (or other soft 4mm spring)
- 1x Short length of PTFE tube
Calibration Accessories
- 1x 1.5mm drill bit
- 1x 1.7mm or 1.8mm drill bit
- 1x 2mm drill bit
- Calipers for verifying drill bit shaft diameter
